Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted by IONOS. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical data such as IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information. These are processed to operate and secure the site, based on the controller’s legitimate interest. Server log availability and retention depend on the hosting contract and its settings.
Game saves and preferences
The site uses localStorage on your device for scores, progress, word language, interface language and cookie preferences. Game saves are not sent to a game server. They remain until you clear site data; the analytics consent choice lasts 180 days. These functions let you use the games and preserve your choices. You can delete them in your browser settings, which also removes progress.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1MB7DFLGZ2) loads only if you accept analytics cookies. It collects information about site use, pages, device and browser and may create _ga cookies. The code requests a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days and disables advertising signals and advertising personalisation. The legal basis is consent. Event-data retention is governed separately by the Google Analytics property settings. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy documentation.
Fonts and external services
Stylesheets load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to obtain them, which can disclose your IP address and technical request information. Font requests are separate from optional Google Analytics. See Google’s privacy documentation for its processing and safeguards.
Advertising
This version of the site does not load AdSense ads. If advertising is introduced, this notice and the consent interface must be updated before activation. Consent for personalised Google ads in the EEA, UK and Switzerland must be managed through a Google-certified CMP. The analytics controls on this site are not that advertising CMP.
Contact messages and retention
If you email support, the controller uses your email address and the information you provide to respond to your request. The basis is handling your request and, where relevant, the legitimate interest in providing support. Messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can accept or reject optional analytics with equal access to the games and reopen Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawal stops future analytics after the page reloads and clears accessible _ga cookies. Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing by emailing the controller. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
